Bilgewater Music

Hello!
I found a way to return Bilgewater music theme.
This mod returns music only for Summoner’s Rift. If someone needs this mod for other maps, let me know in the comments, I’ll do it.

Download and install with Wooxy:

Bilgewater Music

If someone needs music in ogg, it can be found here and here.

  1. @Dart Vanya could you maybe message me when you are on the mapskins discord? I think we can fix the announcer and the music again but I have a few problems with the announcement.ini files^^

  2. Hello Dart Vanya,

Good Job On This Mod, But The 6.8 Patch Has Just Gone Live On League Of Legends. (The One That Adds The Taric Rework).
Anyway After Updating League, I Reinstalled The Bilgewater Music Mod For Summoners Rift, And The Bilgewater Announcer Mod, And They Don’t Seem To Work.
I Tried Each Mod On Their Own But To No Avail, So I’m Guessing Something In The Latest Patch Has Muddled Around With The Mods, Be It Remove Something Or Whatever.
So I Thought I’d Let You Know, Is There A Way You Could Fix These Mods?
Oh And I Have The Butchers Bridge Mod For The Howling Abyss And That Mod Still Works, If That Helps.
If Anyone Else Is Experiencing This Problem As Well Please Let Me Know.

    Many Regards,
    Comp.

    • Hello guys, glas to see that my Bilgewater Music mod someone uses!
Indeed mod does not work after patch 6.5, This is due to the fact that Riot removed Bilgewater Music files from the game. BUT, it is possible to revert it and make Bilgewater Music works again. I already tested and all works! (Big thanks to Wooxy developer for essentail “Allow adding new files” function in skin import dealog!)
I`ll realese new version of Bilgewater Music mod very soon.

    • Waiting for it, this music is the only reason for me to play on SR.

I hope Dart noticed about it

      • I personally would not use it if it breaks the alter and vilemaw noises. Thanks for giving a try! It is really appreciated 🙂

      • Is it too late to change my mind, and request the music for TT? The more and more I play without the bilgewater music on TT the more i seem to miss it in my life haha I can deal with not having the alter sounds and vilemaw sounds. 🙂

    • You need install special version of the Bilgewater Announcer.

“If you want to install announcer along with mods such as Bilgewater Music, Butcher’s Bridge, use the following version (otherwise this can lead to compatibility problems mods, because of the conflict of the same files):

Version for use with Bilgewater Music here.”

Link to latest version of mod (this is include some fixes for patch 5.22+) compatible with Bilgewater Music:

I am also soon update Bilgewater Announcer post on mapskins (now it сontains links to an older version of mod).

  5. I know this was taken from the butcher’s bridge, but is there any way to slightly tweak when the music changes?

You basically never hear the mid game part of the song because you can only hear it when the enemy only has one turret down, because the late game music starts as soon as a second enemy turret falls, and thus you get the late game music all game.

It’d be nice if the late game music was delayed until at least 4 towers down…

      • I was tried to replace in the file \LEVELS\map11\Audio.inibin lines from Play_mus _ * _ base on Play_mus _ * _ bilgewater (i am partially reversing Riot INIBIIN file format and recalculate offsets and binary values, that need). But in this case the music was lost (all other sounds were preserved), apparently Riots turn it off as something else. I had to go the way of the replacement file Audio.inibin from map11 (Summoners Rift) to the file from Map14 (Butcher’s Bridge), changing it from some values from map14 to map11 for normal playback other sounds other than music. This is the only way in which I was able to return to music.
Sorry for bad English, google translator.
